John Fredericksen

My Name is John Fredericksen, and I am currently modifying, and vigorously working on customizing a 2004 Honda Civic SI. I am a dedicated person who will stop at nothing but a first place/best of show, car!
On my own I have already taken this car out of the original stock class to a much higher level. My goal will be to create a concept vehicle that will attract a lot of attention and be award winning.

Traveling to different shows throughout my neighboring region, I have been able to generate thousands and thousands of impressions on a daily basis. This is what your company will be able to take advantage of, and gain huge sales and generate more revenue by my show presence with this automobile!

2007 Proposal-
This Proposal is to show my passion for the automotive industry, and what I bring to the table. Working with Magazine’s, and other various leaders in the automotive industry, I have learned to always be different, think outside the box, and bring something new to the table that no one else does. I can’t tell you how many similar vehicles, I see at all these car shows, and trust me, working, and having to travel to a different car show every weekend I have seen them all! Displaying this car for future/potential customers to view on a daily basis is something not many sponsored rides offer your product. Per Day I can guarantee hundreds of impressions being made, and with your decal on this car it will give you that exposure as well.
I won’t garage this car and minimize its exposure, I will place it at as many venues as I can to generate you more exposure!
This is a great car for us to take out there to put in front of the public/audiences’ eyes at these shows, and events. It’s a great car at an even better price. With the average age group of the attendees of these shows, this is something they will not have seen anywhere else, and more than likely can afford to buy.
The great thing is that the price of this car allows the consumer to have money left in their pocket for aftermarket accessories, and add-ons. Those aftermarket accessories will hopefully be yours after seeing it displayed on my car.
Here is the game plan should my proposal be selected-
I. Vehicle Theme
A. I am a believer in staying true to certain automotive roots. An example is honoring vehicles, ‘JDM’, ‘DSM’, ‘Domestics vs. Imports’, the older school/generations ‘Muscle’ heritage, and their origins.
B. We are going with a very Sleek, Clean, Unique Looking Theme/Style-
1. Key words/phrases that will describe the mood of this car are ‘Eye Catching’, and ‘A Show Stopper’. I want every person who passes this car to be forced to stop and spend a few moments looking.
a. Three aspects will help attract attention;
a) Exterior
b) Interior
c) Performance

II. Modifications-
This car will be modified in a variety of different ways to show off its true potential. Listed below is the generic list of modifications. What we plan on is also collaborating with all sponsors to incorporate their vision as well as mine.

III. New Product Development-
A. I realize a push to have the latest, newest products out there on this car. There are a few companies whom I will be in discussions with that are fairly new names in this industry.
I believe this will show my versatility, and my openness to push the ‘Best’ products regardless of names in this industry!

B. This is a huge multimillion dollar industry, with new companies debuting with aggressive regularity.
As it is important in trade shows like SEMA, I want to show fellow enthusiasts there are a huge array of options when modifying their vehicle.
IV. My Promotional Plan-
A. After this car will make its debut, I plan on taking it to over 40 of the nation, & east coasts biggest shows and events.
B. My car, although is well worthy of any show/event, can also substitute as a daily driver any given day or even a Sunday afternoon coast! This obviously will only add to the thousands of impressions we can generate.
C. It will get press and coverage in the publications I plan on being featured in, which are handed out at shows, and shops throughout the nation.
D. Also www.SponsoredWhips.com booth attends the following 40 or 50 some shows every year. They will also insure the cars entrance to shows is accommodated. Dates usually change but the shows and locations rarely do.
E. I am open to wearing Sponsors clothing (i.e. shirts, coats, hats)
F. Vinyl
G. Banners
H. Product placement (i.e. uninstalling and making sure it is visible)
I. Shows-


I want this car to be a winner on the show circuit I attend. The more first place and any place victories I receive the more exposure, and potential for press that will entail.
Sponsored or not this car will be showed off in my area/region every weekend, and as much as I possibly can.
Examples Include-
1. All Car’s Make/local Dealership events
2. Weekly track, and enthusiast get together
3. Smaller mom and pop shows
4. National shows such as HIN, NOPI, NHRA, Flex, etc…
5. All events asked to attend by my sponsors
V. 2007 Vehicle Location-
A. Shows stated in previous/above paragraph
B. I would love this car to be so well received and liked by all that it makes the cut to be in certain sponsors 2007 booths nationally.
Yet if this does not happen, the car is still guaranteed to go to shows, and in an event none of the first two happen www.SponsoredWhips.com will allow it in there booth on occasion.
IV. Contracts-
A. Currently not under any contractual obligations that would not allow your company to be my sponsor.
B. Very willing to consider any contract your company may need signed to guarantee I fulfill all sponsorship requirements.
V. My definition of Sponsorship-
A. Taking a product donated to me by any given company, and acting as that companies marketing/promotional person in my area and shows I attend. I am basically that company’s employee, yet instead of receiving a paycheck, I have received the product. I uphold all the responsibility, curtsey and professionalism an employee of theirs would have, and will do nothing to bring negative attention to them. After a said term, and because of my promotional efforts that said company will have generated a greater amount of revenue, without having to take/bring their company booth to the places I was at.
VI. In Closing-
With www.SponsoredWhips.com help, and attending over 40 shows this upcoming year, no other person will be placing your brand and product in front of more potential consumers of your product. Moreover I believe my vehicle has a lot of potential compared to other vehicles. I take a lot of pride in enhancing the look, style and performance of my car. I'm just a person that tries to live life to the fullest. I like to show off what I can do with my car and see how far I can push it.
My goal is to be the most unique, and grab everyone's attentions while having my car be my daily driver. Not a single car enthusiast walks away from me at a show without seeing, or commenting on my car at a show, event or even random places. There are not many decent cars in this area and I would like to set the example, and especially set a new standard for everyone. This car will be used to draw in business for my personal goals, and at the same time promoting products for upcoming sponsors. I have very good people skills. I could be anything from a walking ad to a spokesperson. I am well known on most major forums and have a good network of people I can work with. I maintain a professional and business like approach towards everyone that is not a personal acquaintance. I have friends; know club members that are sponsored, and likewise enthusiasts as me. We attend shows and go to many local meets. I am still young and will be in the import scene for a while. I am very loyal and plan to stay loyal to my sponsors and will not support any of their competitors in anyway way. I believe I have a lot of potential with the right help. I look forward to representing companies, to feature and recommend your product and on top of that, you'll gain a little more exposure. Aside from work, I have a lot of time to commit myself to your company. I am looking to build a car to keep. I want to be the best and I plan to keep it that way. Bottom line, if you want an estimated two to three thousand unique visitors/readers/potential buyers per day checking out your product, I will bring that to the table for you!
