James Lang

James starting playing baseball at the age of 2. He played recreational ball in New York and continued when his family moved to Florida in 2002. When James turned 14, he began to take his playing more seriously and joined various travel baseball programs and traveled around Florida. James was originally a 2nd baseman, but eventually found his calling at shortstop with his AAU team. For the past 3 years James has been a starting infielder for his (Flagler Palm Coast High School) school team. As a Freshman he played shortstop on the Jr. Varsity team at FPC. As a Sophomore, James won Junior Varsity Player of the Year playing 2nd base for FPC. This past season, as a Junior, James was the starting 2nd baseman for the FPC Varsity Team and at this year's team awards, walked away with the Varsity Rookie of the Year award. James is currently traveling with his Summer travel team, playing in any tournament they can enter. Coming up in August, James would like to attend a College Scout Camp at Disney in Orlando, Florida. The cost for James to attend is an astronomical 950.00. We feel that his attendance is very important, due to the amount of scouts that will be at this camp. There is a great possibility that James will find his future college team there. We as his parents cannot afford to send him. Any help would be appreciated.
